12:22pm – TOTD: i default to wanting what I can’t have.
2:00pm – Dr. K was there and walking around a bunch, so I felt more comfortable going out to refill and reading some blogs instead of hanging out $12.66 for some blended coffee + croissant sandwich.
7:47pm – Im worried if I uproot myself again from another practice I will not care about patients anymore. Etc.
Tried out fried chicken and Belgian waffles place, not good tbh. $37.71 for two meals, fries to share and two drinks. The cost was okay.
8:15pm – afterwards we went to Hammand’s for ice cream, it was alright. I didn’t realize it was imported from hawaii $8.41
8:45pm – also went to sprouts and bought a bunch of groceries including some grass fed chuck beef for $20. Total $54.83

Had multiple dreams last night. All of them pretty inconsequential tbh. A few of them had me back at UCR campus. One of them had me doing a dance. Had some precious UCR friends watching. A lot of glimpses of M. that’s pretty much it.

7:40am – now that I’m fully awake, I’m reading A New Earth. Hopefully it’ll straighten my thoughts.
3:00pm – remembered to pay Angela (it wasn’t working on Friday when I initially tried). $40
8:00pm – after dinner tonight (happy birthday grandma and thanks mom for dinner!!), we walked across to WFM and I got grandma a couple pieces of grass fed beef: NY strip, ribeye, chuck, and ground beef. And some eggs as well. It goes along with me originally wanting to order them butcher box. But anyways, perhaps I will end up buying butcher box if I finish the rest of the food in my fridge. $105.89

7:00am – purchased the paper shredder finally from Costco. The cost for the one at the actual location was at least $120, however I got it online and it has an automatic feeder option. $102.35
9:30am – since I was early (did my errands after OTF), I decided to get gas. 10.7 gals $39.73
10:00am – bought some misc stuff from amazon, including a windshield repair kit. I’ll plan on fixing it Friday after I’ve watched more videos on how to do it. $29.99
10:30am – bought a bunch of food from Costco. Including some of the Liquid IV I have been hearing good things about $91.32

10:00am – TJ maxx. I always spend more than I intended, but then again I got a bunch of stuff. Today I spent $77, and with this money I purchased 1 marble center piece slab, a hunter costume for L, a new bird toy for him, and 4 candles. All in all, not too expensive for all these things. $78.56
7:30pm – The original plan was to go to BB, however the line was way too long of a wait, so we decided to keep walking down towards Hillcrest. Ended up going to LaV. This was the cost of 4 tacos, 1 ceviche platter, and 1 margarita $36.33.

Random amazon purchase: $11.81
11:00am – got a quote from safelite that it’ll cost $800 OOP versus Geico would be approx $50-100 for it. Including the recalibration.
12:05pm – after a 20 minute call, I got safelite to change appointment to be an insured appointment on 10/25/2019. So hopefully it’ll all go smoothly. The service person spoke to a “Keith” to change it.
1:00pm – brought my lunch to work and ate it. Small wins. I ate a salad plus I save money.
6:30pm – after a bunch of traffic, I got home and instantly caved and ate so much bad food. So many chips and dip and guacamole. So terrible! 😭 my stomach is now all bloated and I feel as if I’m getting too old for this feeling. Just trying to document to remember so as that I don’t make the mistake again.
I think it was due to not having enough/any protein for lunch. And then when I got home there just wasn’t any sort of gauge for myself.

10:15pm – last two patients of the day were interesting. Referred both of them out. One was 78 yoRF, adopted and had a super cool back story. Vision changed due to macular Drusen versus cataract. Other was kcone 25yoHF who had one of the worse K differences I have ever seen. 41/51 and 52/61. Damns. And the cyl was all over the place. Visión corrected to 20/20-2. But pretty rough, in OD only. OS PHBNI.
Was supposed to go out to look for costumes today with E, but he got home late — so I’ll go check out the store myself today.
